Maple Syrup

Available on indent only and used for bottling and medicinal additives as well as beauty products. Imported from Canada in drums of 610 lbs. Highest quality only supplied. Can also be brought in on request in other forms of packaging.

Maple sap is collected during early spring, usually March and April when maple trees are in dormancy state. This sap have only 3 to 5% total solid, consisting mainly of sucrose.

Other components are organic acids (mainly malic acid), minerals (mainly potassium and calcium), phenolic compounds (aroma), amino compounds (trace) and vitamins (trace).
