Refund Policy

In the unlikely event you should have product or delivery issues, please contact us immediately. We are happy to discuss any product or delivery problems with our valuable clients to discuss solutions.

In our experience, problems can only occur with faulty product supply, out of date product, or delivery/damage in transit problems.

Goods will be replaced as follows:
  • Product past the 'use by date' to be returned unopened/unused.
  • Product damaged in transit to be returned unused within 7 days.
  • Faulty product to be returned with proof that it has not been effective.
  • For faulty product claims, we will need to be sure that the product has been used correctly and reasonable evidence of the fault provided. We cannot take responsiblity for faults in manufacturing processes.

    Credit Card or Offline Transaction Cancellation:
    Should the transaction be required to be cancelled; the buyer must advise within 24 hours of placing the order by telephone/fax/e-mail. If the product/s have already been dispatched, the product must be returned unopened and unused, and a full credit of purchase price will be issued to the credit card or bank account originally debited.

    Delivery Times & Method:
    Delivery will always be conducted through a courier or tracking method to a physical address nominated by the buyer.

    Any deliveries couriered ex-Auckland will be completed within 7 days of clearance of funds.

    Products available for on-line purchases are detailed as RETAIL PEST PRODUCTS.

    Products exported from New Zealand will be handled independently of on-line sales.

    All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars.
